In my humble opinion, the most important traits of someone in this business is that they are communicative, responsive, and will do what they say they will do when they say they will do it. Fran is all of these; she gets stuff done. When we signed on with her she set out a marketing plan and schedule and stuck to it. She got our house sold, and on an aggressive schedule. We never felt like any other clients were more important than us. Fran is a shining star in the RE business.

My spouse and I moved to nyc a year ago and weren’t sure where to look. We also didn’t have a car. Each time, Fran met us at the rail station, and drove us around the areas of Great Neck and Manhasset that matched our price point and our list of requirements. She even gave us a tour of the local school and walked us around the walkable downtowns of each town. She is a local and thus knows the area well. She is very informative and patient, giving us the honest answers to our questions, and honest opinions when we tour houses. When we were not touring, she would send us many listings that she felt matched what we were looking for, I would reply my thoughts to each listing, and she would help me summarize and narrow down what we are looking for, something that as a first time buyer I didn’t even know myself. Our search is on hold due to personal reasons. I strongly recommend Fran, especially for first time buyers.
